How God is Keeping Sin from Winning Until He Returns!

Me ~ How is it that we see and experience  both good and ugly/bad things and that there even seems to be a vicious cycle of this? When will it end... these cycles?

John ~ I like to think that God created cycles so that sin/evil would not win as in take over the program... so to speak.

Me ~ Ok, so then we can say this is how God deals with this fallen world in which evil exists and Satan too... keeping sin at bay until He returns.

John ~ Yes, something like that. Satan did not know Christ would not choose him over the Father. In Luke, we read where confronts and tempts Jesus; and Jesus overcomes Satan. And, Satan did not know that Christ's death was going to save man. Through Christ we are saved, overcomers of this fallen looping world.

Me ~ Evil is a destructive force, isn't it?

John ~ Yes, it is. The looping we experience is a crashing and restarting of the program over and over; thus, looping in a linear progression. Its like this because this is a fallen world and in a state of rapid decay. If I could draw an illustration, it would be a kind of shoestring line that loops and moves forward as it does... This is the looping I described. Its necessary as it allows evil to crash and restart but never ever having a lasting kingdom in this fallen world. Satan too is in this loop and his time is running out and he knows it.

Me ~ So... within that loop also exists God's Mercy and Grace which I assume makes use of the looping as it moves forward, and makes use of evil for His good 'our good' rather than Satan's... right?

John ~ Yes, God's Word (where we find His Mercy and Grace) allows us to be in the loop but not of it. "If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world" ~ John 15:19.  God's Word is our hope, joy and peace and knowing that we will be delivered from this darkness... this looping. In Him, we can endure all things- "For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength" ~ Philippians 4:13...."Thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ" ~ 1 COR 15:57.

Me ~  So, we should not love this world as it says in 1 John 2:15... or it will keep looping, right?

John ~ God has a time for its end and we should be watchful..."Be Watchful for the Day for it will come upon all who dwell on the face of the whole earth. So keep watch at all times, and pray that you may have the strength to escape all that is about to happen and to stand before the Son of Man.” Luke 21:35-36.

If the Bible is Literal, What is Amillennialism?

Me ~ Is the Bible a real book?

John ~ Yes, the Bible is a real book that must be taken literally. It is a guide to the program Created by God in which we find ourselves. Hence, all Scripture is from a higher multidimensional realm which we have no access to as of yet. The Millennial is not yet here but it will be...

Me ~ Why does the Catholic Church and most Protestant churches promote the Eschatology that is called - Amillennial?

John ~ The problem also with the Catholic Church and most Protestant Churches is their Eschatology... Catholics and most Protestants are Amillennial which means that they apply allegory to most of the Bible and worse the millennial (thousand years where Christ reins on earth with those that have died in the Lord and those of the first resurrection including those raptured) thinking that God is ruling in our hearts only... this goes back to Origen and Augustine. This is not Scriptural. It is spiritually allegorical.

Me ~ Ok, so why does the Catholic Church insist that the Pope is the vicar of Christ on earth?

John ~ The mistaken view taken by the Catholic Church is that the Kingdom of God has already come on earth due to the misunderstanding that there was going to be two thousand years between Christ's accession and His return. Instead of a literal Christ ruling in a literal Jerusalem the Catholic Church has as an institution attempted to fulfill that Scripture that spoke of Christ's ruling on earth. This is called Amillennialism... the Catholic Church sees itself as the Millennial ~God's Kingdom on earth.

The problem with this is that such a supposition calls God a liar because it denies all the Scriptures that describe in detail this millennial period. This is actually replacement theology and a literal replacement for the 'real' Kingdom of God which will come when Christ returns. The Catholic Church pretends to be more than an illustration of that as the Pope is supposedly representing Christ on earth. The lie is that this is replacing Christ with a man... the Pope is a man and thus he is not Christ on earth.

Me ~ Ok, so the Millennial comes after Christ's return.  Some people say that when Christ resurrected He also returned... His Kingdom was now upon the earth- the Millennial.

John ~ Yes, Christ's resurrection was not His return. In Scripture, angels say that He will come as He left... Not going up into the clouds but coming down from the clouds. If that were to be taken literally, that at His resurrection, He also returned, then why do we need the Pope. This was the question of the Martin Luther too was Amillennial. Well, we don't need a Pope.

Me ~ So, is there a second coming? Or did it happen?

John ~ It has not happened yet. Read the Bible, there is still so much that has not yet taken place. The sign of the Son of Man will be in the sky. It affects all men on the planet earth. Everyone will see Him... everyone everywhere and they will mourn accept those that are His who will be taken up with Him.

Me ~ Now, what if we imagine that all things are happening here and now as in layers (multidimensional) made possible just by perceiving. Those who do not believe cannot see Him nor His Kingdom. But, those that do believe can see Him and His Kingdom. We could go as far as to say this 'new' perception can and should also include and would have to include the New Jerusalem. How do we then account for the fact that the earth is not located in a new universe? Maybe its just that I don't see it as I am sure the argument would be made like that. And, what about poverty, sickness and catastrophe? I guess it would be explained that those things exist but only for those that do not believe and cannot see.

John ~ Well, you know I am not a fan of supposing the layering illustration only because our experience is linear and that has not changed. Even if I were to try to imagine it, I would still find myself living and dying in a linear state of decay where money makes the world go around. Now, I guess I could toke on a spliff and things would start to look much better not only for myself but as I might see everyone else. Yet, how could I pretend that my best friend didn't have a heart attack or get cancer? How could I could pretend that sins like sexual immorality and murder did not exist but television and news papers are full of it. This is still a fallen world and it is passing away. Thank God Jesus Christ is Coming and when the Real Millennial is here, we will all know it.

Free Will ~ Overcoming is choosing God's way most of the time..

God did not reject His people, whom He foreknew... at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace.

The crucial question remains: How does God do the predestining while guaranteeing us the freedom of our will, as the Scripture and our understanding of love demand? How does God predetermine every choice without infringing on our control over the human choice? God is omnipotent, He is the Alpha and the Omega. He exists in a higher dimension and is all things at all times.

Imagine His existence is both vertical and horizontal whereas our existence here and now is this fallen world is experienced horizontally from a point moving only forward. God being both vertical and horizontal means that He exists in all places simultaneously. Ultimately, He knows who will respond to Him and who will not.

What about Scripture that tells us that God so loved the world He sent His Son... doesn't that suggest that He saved everyone? Yes, God has willed that everyone is saved even though we are filthy rags and no one seeks Him. Yet, even though He has willed that everyone be saved, He also willed 'freewill'; thus, we having a freewill have a free choice to reject that salvation.

Hence, we who have chosen God, are constantly overcoming this fallen world by choosing God's way most of the time... Paul said in Romans 7 that he does what he hates and not what he wants. This is our experience too. There is a tug of war in our life here in this fallen world. The enemy Satan pulls us his way while God pulls us His way. Those who have responded to being called and answering to God's call experience this fully every day.

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world ~ James 4:8.

Who are the Elect ~ Chosen?

Me ~ There are many scriptures in the New Testament that talk about election which is God's sovereign choice to save whoever He wants... whenever.

Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling
and election...2 Peter 1:10.
As far as the gospel is concerned, they are enemies for your sake; but as far as
election is concerned... Romans 11:28.
Yet, before the twins were born or had done anything good or
bad--in order that God's purpose in election might stand ... Romans 9:11.
Knowing your election, brothers loved by God. ... Knowing,
brethren beloved, your election of God. 1Thessalonians 1:4.
Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant
according to the election of grace. ... Romans 11:5.
What then? Israel has not obtained that which it seeks for; but the
election has obtained it, and the rest were blinded ... Romans 11:7.
And the Lord said to him: Go thy way; for this man is to me a vessel of election,
to carry my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel. ... Acts 9:15.

Yet, if you ask many Christians don't know anything about election. Is it or is it not enough to believe or to seek and you will find? God seeks for man in this fallen world because man would not think to seek after God and do His will. There are none righteous, no not one ~ Romans 3:10.

The question is this: Could you be born again and not saved? I mean being born again in the Spirit and still not be one of God's elect?

John ~ NO! When you respond to the call, you are born again and saved. God's time-fullness and timelessness are not contradictory. He is able to give us free will so He knows all choices. He has a hyper dimensional nature. He can exist in moment in all eternity. He can exist everywhere for a moment. A thousand years is a day and a day is as a thousand years to the Lord.

When you are talking about a hyper-dimensional being, it is not possible to grasp how this is possible. However, God is good all the time and all the time God is good. He is never not good. He gives everybody a chance and everyone has a chance in their life to respond to His calling. The story of the workers in the vineyard are an example of this. Men have no excuse for not believing in Him. If people chose to believe fairy tales invited by men over God's creation which is the visible testimony of God's existence that is their choice. All men are without excuse.

We can look to scripture as well for evidence that God is always good and merciful to those that love Him with all their heart, soul and mind. So, if you love God with all your heart, soul and mind then you will hear His voice. God works all things together for the good of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose...Romans 8:28.
And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified... Romans 8:30.

God chooses everyone but not everyone chooses God. To you who believe, then, this stone is precious. But to those who do not believe, "The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone," 1 Peter 2:4.

Grafted into the Abrahamic Covenant...

Me ~ What does it mean that Christians have been grafted into the Abrahamic Covenant?

John ~  It means that we have been adopted into the family that God created through Abraham. Interesting is that we have not been grafted into the line of Israel or Moses. Abraham was before the law. He was the first man of faith who pleased God by his faith not by following God's law. We have been grafted into that promise that Abraham was given that we would inherit a better Kingdom, a promised land and that is God's New Jerusalem.

Me ~ You said that we were not grafted into the line of Israel or Moses, then do the ten commandants apply?

John ~ Yes they do... because, they were not Mosaic law but God's law to everybody. The are ten laws that will always be practiced. God's law still exist. The ten commandments are the foundation laws of God's Kingdom.

Me ~ Should then the country of Israel be a major concern for Christians?

John ~ Only in this sense... because, we are grafted into the family of Abraham; we are spiritually related to the Hebrews. We as those grafted into the Abrahamic Covenant exist now as if at the beginning of the family of God on earth and Abraham was the first born of that. There are yet Hebrews that came after Abraham who did not accept Jesus and when they finally accept Jesus as their Messiah, they will join us in the family of faith which is Abraham and they will no longer be under the law sin and death. The Bible says that God will create one new man out of both.

Spiritual Darkness, An Indicator of End Times!

Me ~ It seems that there is darkness looming. Why is that?

John ~ There is a darkness these days. Jesus said that in the last days love of many will grow cold. Basically saying that people will start to dislike people that they would not normally feel that way about. People will have a dislike of what they should like. Aborting children, people killing others for fun... or at least creating the images of that for entertainment. The light in man's soul is being dimmed.

Me ~ We have talked about end times before. What else do you see that suggests we are in such times?

John ~ The spiritual darkness is the greatest indicator of end times. The spirit of the age that we live in is identical to the times of Nimrod and Noah. We are going back to that. The rise of paganism as a global phenomenon is on the rise.  Paganism is a return to ignorance worshiping the creature and not the creator. Trying to connect with the earth as if it is a living entity and it is not. Freeing oneself from the moral absolutes so that one does not feel guilty is the popular personal agenda. That is moral anarchy. Pagan societies were notoriously violent societies and today we can see this erupting all over the world on the very local personal level. Some American cities are the most violent in the world and supposedly American cities are the most civil.  Christianity had a civilizing effect on society because it set down moral absolutes and rules. When you toss that out you begin to deconstruct civilization... taking us back to a new dark age not a golden age as the promoters of this new 'pagan' age claim.

Me ~ Is there any way to stop it? Should we in fact stop it... After all; we could look forward to the second coming...couldn't we?

John ~ We are supposed to be salt and light even know that the Lord is returning. The only thing keeping us from total darkness is what we are asked to do as Jesus's disciples did - spread the Gospel ~ the Good News!. While we are here, we must be salt and light. By doing so, the light does not become totally dark.

Me ~ How exactly?

John ~  "Put on the full armor of God, so that you can make your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers against the authorities, against the powers of this worlds' darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore take up the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you will be able to stand your ground, and having done everything, to stand".…Ephesians 6:11-13.

Ephesians 5 ~ Walk in the Way of Love and Instructions for Christian Households

Walk in the Way of Love

Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God’s holy people. Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving. For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person—such a person is an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient. Therefore do not be partners with them.
For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord. Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. But everything exposed by the light becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a light. This is why it is said:
“Wake up, sleeper,
rise from the dead,
and Christ will shine on you.”
Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is. Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Instructions for Christian Households
Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy; cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. After all, no one ever hated their own body, but they feed and care for their body, just as Christ does the church— for we are members of his body. “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.” This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church. However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.

Does God Repent and God's Quantum Signature of You!

Someone asked me if God repents, so does God repent? BTW, repent means to rethink.

Does God repent, it seems that way. Actually, its more the situation that people repent; when man thinks like 'God'. When man does God allows their prayer to be answered which shows us that God is merciful. The best example is either the flood story or Sodom. In both stories, God seems to have repented... change his mind. He saved Noah. He had mercy and saved 8 people. But, actually God doesn't change His mind. God did not wipe out all life at the time of the flood. God reacts to man's request when man is acting in the Holy Spirit, Noah was a God created being that God chose to be saved after He declared that He would not save anyone. In the situation of Abraham, when man is asking God to have mercy, knowing He is a righteous God, then God will react to man. God knew that Abraham was going to ask to save even a few ... and God responded to Abraham's request and God respected that. That is God's mercy and grace.

Quantum Signature -

We hear a lot today about gene manipulation. We are told to think that this is a way of helping people or healing people, or controlling the bad things that may or may not happen to people. In this fallen world, we should not tinker in such things that we have no business to be in. To understand man's (God given) quantum signature, we can imagine that its like a film. Imagine if a film an entire movie on film, made of discreet frames that when moved through a projector at the right speed gives the illusion of movement.

In this same way, we live a quantum life where each moment is quantifiable like a frames in a movie. I could take one frame and save that frame, you could be saved in that moment, you would be literally frozen in time. Man's ability to handle quantum knowledge only goes that far. We live embedded in the 3 D universe, we are unable to know more than what has happened and is happening but not the future. We could not resurrect anyone's life without the complete knowledge which is the person' lifeline. Just as I could not save a movie by saving one frame at a time. We cannot do that ourselves. But God, sees our life as an entire movie, one whole reel, so he is able to resurrect. What is known to Him can be resurrected without anything missing.

The brain is just an organic computer; but the soul, mind is running the program. This was the premise of Mary Shelly's Frankenstein. Would it be a different person should must have wondered? Yes, unless God does it, it will be a different entity all together.

The anti-Christ will come into existence in this way. We think we have created life in our own image but it won't be.

The Enemy at the Door!

Me ~ Who is the enemy?

John ~ The enemy are the forces of evil in high places. Paul said that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against powers and authorities in high places. Human beings are simple taking marching orders from wicked and evil authorities in higher dimensions. We should and can even call them fallen angels.

Me ~ Are you saying that people here on earth are possessed by fallen angels as in evil spirits and are somehow using people like puppets, pulling strings to get what they want? And, do people know that they are being used?

John ~  They are not possessed but highly influenced. They have chosen to accept these orders. Yes, they know that they are being used. These people are Satanists. They are in the federal government, in the UN and in the Vatican and in many churches... running the banks. Basically, wherever there is power and money, you will find such people. That is how they stay there.

Me ~ Why is that?

John ~ Because, Satan is the god of this fallen world. To prove that, when Jesus was in the wilderness, Satan came to him and offered Jesus all the kingdoms and powers of this world and how was that possible? It was because again Satan is the ruler of this fallen world and can and did make that offer. This fallen world belongs to Satan.

Me ~ I agree and understand. Yet, many churches who claim that they are as well as their members Christians, seem to think that God is directing their life here and will provide them with wealth and health and all good things. Doesn't that seem like a contradiction to what you just stated? I mean, wouldn't it be Satan that is making the promises just as he promised Jesus.

John ~ I need to untangle this. There seem to be two messages. Those that are His, He will provide for us if we put His kingdom first. Yet, there are those that hold to a prosperity gospel that God does not want anything bad to happen to you only good things such as wealth and riches. So, the truth of the matter is that God says the He will take care and we should trust Him in all things and not focus our lives on gaining and holding onto material things. However, we will suffer loss and we will suffer pain and suffer at the hand of those who do not know Him. Ultimately, the problem is the definition of prosperity and wealth. It can mean money but it also means health and all the things that give us happiness here and now. However, they are not to be our objective in this world and could not be given this fallen world. Our joy comes from trusting and serving the Lord.

The problem with the prosperity gospel is that it puts prosperity first, we are not supposed to be focused on prosperity in this life but on our relationship with God... some will be good things and some will be bad things.

Me ~ Yes, I agree for the most part. However, I think that we differ a bit. I think that we have already been given everything we need in this world = The Blessed Hope Jesus Christ. If we want and ask for more aren't we being rebellious against God and in fact being anti-Christ. We are basically saying then that Jesus was not enough. Certainly, ultimately He is enough since this is still a fallen world and God's plan for this fallen world is its passing away 1 Cor7:13.

If anything good happens to us, good by our definition, then it could very well be from Satan since he rules this world. The only way to overcome him in his world is when 'good' things happen to us, we give thanks and praise to Jesus Christ.

John ~ Ok, but you are leaving out what Christ said, "When you don't ask for it, you won't get it". Jesus who is our Lord and Savior says "The Lord is our provision" for all we need. God would not give us a snake if we ask for a stone. Does this mean we will not suffer? Does this mean bad things will not happen. No. God promises He will get us safely into His Kingdom. There is no sin in asking God for the things we need. He clearly wants us to ask. We should take Him at his Word. The Bible says that if you don't get what you pray for, you ask amiss. We have to understand that not everything we ask for we will get. And, likely we will not get and that is because we live in a fallen world.

Me ~ Agree. Yet, many people will say "I think God wants me to have better". Isn't that like the illustrative story of when a man asks God to be rescued from a flood and, along comes a canoe. The man refuses because he expects a yacht. Couldn't God have gotten the man out with the canoe?

And, shouldn't we those who are children of God have the Kingdom within and we are thus able to move about doing the work of the Lord, preaching the Good News which is that Christ died for our sin and faith in Him will deliver us?

John ~  Does God say He wants us to have better. Yes, we trust Him to give us what we need. This is part of the trust. The story of the man who refused the canoe is not scriptural. It is dangerous for us to think that God wants us to take or have what little there is. We should be asking for His will to be done here on earth as it is in heaven. Let us understand that heaven is a place of perfection. There is no lack in heaven. If we want God's will to be done, we can ask for those things on earth. However, God does not always say yes. When we don't get what we ask for we should not be upset. God knows better than we do.

Me ~ Agree in that we are overcomers by saying that God's will be done, and by asking for all things excellent and or perfect of spirit for in that are all things we could ever want.

Resurrection ~ Why is it so important?

Me ~ Is the resurrection key to understanding the role of Jesus Christ regarding man's current dimensional existence and God's promise of eternal life in a higher dimension?

John ~ Yes, it is because by his resurrection he has ended the curse of spiritual death for those of us who accept his gift of eternal life. Of course this is based on His worthiness. I want to say that Jesus demonstrated higher dimensional attributes in his post resurrection state, such as being to appear and disappear at will. To be recognized or not at will and being able to walk the earth as flesh and body but also being able to leave in his spiritual nature. These attributes have been promised to those of us who have been born of the spirit through Jesus Christ when he returns.

The resurrection is an illustration of man's transformation from being dead in sin to being alive in Christ. The resurrected body of Christ appeared in the flesh to His disciples for purpose of revealing His resurrected dimensional attributes. We too will be resurrected from the dead and have such attributes. When Jesus returns, He will raise the dead and give those who were dead and those still alive glorified bodies. People in heaven now have spiritual bodies but they don't have physical bodies which means they do not have glorified bodies as Christ did after His resurrection. But, they will get them and we will too at the rapture.

The dead will rise first and we those still alive will be raptured which means that in the twinkling of an eye, we will be given a body just like His. You see, Jesus having both a physical and spiritual body = a glorified body represents the new Adam. Jesus exists in both in this reality and in higher realities. Jesus demonstrated this as He ate with the disciples after His resurrection. He was alive, a better version of man that we will become too. We will be like Him for we will see Him as He is. We will be known just as He is known.

Gog Magog War is Post Millennium!

Me ~ When is the Gog / Magog War and Why?

John ~ Firstly, the Gog / Magog War is not going to happen now. Gog is not the anti-Christ. Gog is Satan. And, Satan is a fallen cherubim who is the supreme anti-Christ spirit = against God. There is going to be a final anti-Christ = the beast who is the last one. This anti-Christ is coming as a man in the flesh.he will be indwelt by the spirit of the evil one, the dragon gives him authority.

The Gog Magog War happens at the end of the thousand year 'millennium' which is Christ's rule on earth. During that reign, Satan is however, bound in the pit at this end time. Satan is released from his prison and attempts to over throw God from His Holy Mountain to sit in the temple as God. This is the Gog Magog War.

Me ~ What led you to arrive at that conclusion?

John ~ It is simple. Gog is not the anti-Christ. He is Satan. The anti-Christ is an 'end time' man who is filled of the anti-Christ spirit... against God. The anti-Christ appears at the end of the world age which looks like now is the time ripe for his taking a world stage. This man is going to come from the area from Assyria. He will gain political and military power in the Middle East. He then proceeds to get more power when ten rulers give over their authority to him. At some point, he makes a covenant with many nations one being Israel which says that Israel will be left alone and be safe.

From the moment of the signing of that covenant, until thereafter a period of three and half years will pass, and he breaks this covenant and attacks Israel and he succeeds entering the Temple which was built earlier during that time from the signing until the three and a half years, and places an image of himself in the Temple which speaks and tells everyone to worship the beast - which he is = the anti-Christ. His mark will be required by all people to accept in order to buy and sell.

A lot of Jews and Christians will refuse to do so. Many Jews will flee to the mountains of Jordan and be safe there. And so he will turn his persecutions against Christians.

Then at some point, the day of the Lord happens when Christ returns and nearly destroys the earth entirely (Armageddon) and at the end of this short period, the anti-Christ is overthrown by Christ when he returns and Christ sets up the Millennium Kingdom on earth. That is when the Satan is imprisoned in the pit for those thousand years. While the anti-Christ and the false prophet are put into the lake of fire. They are gone.

Let me say that the most important language used to support this is found in Rev. 20 where we read that Satan is thrown into the pit for one thousand years and just prior to that the anti-Christ and the false prophet were thrown into the lake of fire. "But the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who had performed the signs on its behalf... The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur." ~Rev. 19:20.

Back to the Gog Magog War which we find in Ezekiel 38-39, this does not fit anywhere in any time prior to all of that. Firstly, what we read in Ezekiel is a war that is not fought with modern weaponry. It is fought with weapons that today would be considered outdated and even ancient. This means that all modern weaponry is wiped out, in fact, during the thousand years, there will be no need of such weaponry. The final battle is the Gog/ Magog War. Satan is unleashed. Again, Gog is Satan. Gog means from under the roof. Magog means "out from under the roof". Gog refers to Satan as he is captive, bound, kept as it were: under a roof. Magog refers to Satan being unloosed. As Magog, he bursts forth from where he had been bound, under the roof.

Finally, at the very end the devil - Satan, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. ~ Rev. 20:15.

After this battle, the New Jerusalem will come and no more tears will be shed.

Recap -

Gog is a spirit, Satan is the supreme anti-Christ spirit and the anti-Christ who takes the world stage is a man = the beast. So again in reviewing end times, we begin with the anti-Christ 'the beast' who is a man of fierce countenance who has Satan's supreme anti-Christ spirit. There is a covenant made with Israel and the temple is built and the anti-Christ sits there causing the ‘abomination of desolation’.
After 3 and 1/2 years, the Lord Jesus Christ comes and then we have the (Armageddon) and the Rapture happens where we meet Christ in the cloud - this marks the end of the seven year tribulation. Just then, Satan 'a fallen cherubim - the supreme anti-Christ spirit' is chained; and the anti-Christ/man ‘the beast’ is thrown into the lake of fire along with the false prophet and then the Millennium begins.
After one thousand years, Satan is released from the pit, the Gog/Magog battle takes place and after that...Satan is also thrown into the lake of fire where the beast 'anti-Christ' and the false prophet already are and the New Jerusalem comes down as heaven and earth are joined.

Reigning in the Millennium with Jesus Christ!

*Readers note - If you have not read the Bible or you did but skipped reading the last chapter - Revelations, then don't read this post any further.

Me ~  Firstly, let me remind readers that we are in the end of times. We can say that the last days started after Christ was on earth and certainly we are reminded of this in Paul's Ministry. The end of times or those days that precede the great tribulation which has yet to start. An important aspect of the end times is the appearance of the beast and the mark of the beast. What will that look like and when will the mark of the beast be offered?

John ~ A few things as in conditions have to happen first. The technology to tag and track all human beings is the first condition and that condition has been met; though not fully implemented. Condition number two, the anti Christ has to be revealed as such and that has not been met. Condition number three, the false prophet has to create an image that will speak and demand that everyone take the mark or be killed. So, one of three conditions have been met.

Me ~ When those last conditions have been met, what will happen next?

John ~ Then those who take the mark will be worshiping the beast and will suffer physical consequences and finally eternal damnation. The physical consequences will be sores (The first angel went and poured out his bowl on the land, and ugly, festering sores broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image - Rev. 16:2) and among other things. They will wish to die but not be able to (Rev. 9:5-7). This is likely due to the alternations to the recipients DNA into a semi non human form - transhuman technology which is already on the horizon being. All technologies that prey on the flesh and offer the flesh in this fallen world a better life, a longer life or even eternal life.

As for those that refuse to take the mark as they proclaim to love and follow Jesus Christ the Messiah, many will be executed by beheading (I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years - Rev. 20:4). Others will escape and survive and some will be imprisoned. No one will be able to buy and sell without the mark and those that do not accept will be killed, have to live in hiding and or be marginalized as in severely limited or imprisoned.

"I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years (the rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended). This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years" ~ (Rev. 20: 4-6).

Me ~ When Christ returns, there will be the separation of the wheat and the tares which the Bible terms the rapture.  The rapture does not come until Jesus Christ appears in the clouds where we (all those who believe and saved) will meet Him and then we together with Christ will come back to earth and reign with Him in the Spirit (the first resurrection) as it will His Kingdom on earth with Satan thrown into the pit for one thousand years. Who will we reign over in the Millennium, those left in the flesh?

John ~ Yes... the remaining people who came through the great tribulation in the flesh who did not take the mark nor worship the beast and were not Christian. These people of the Millennium will be of the flesh and not of the spirit as they came through the great tribulation in the flesh. They will come to faith and to worship Jesus (the true God) and they will repopulate the earth. Those who were caught up in the air with Christ (all believers who came to faith in Jesus Christ and were persecuted for not taking the mark nor worshiping the beast) will reign over them not in the flesh but made alive in Christ.

Me ~ Then what happens after the thousand year reign?

John ~ At the very end, Satan is loosed from the pit as another sin-filled humanity (sin was not eradicated as in not having run its full course) will attack Jerusalem and over throw God's Kingdom on earth. These people will be judged on their works and many thrown into the lake of fire to be destroyed. Then the New Jerusalem will come down from heaven and there will be a new heaven and new earth for All those who ever came to faith in Christ and all those will receive eternal life in Him! "The old earth will pass away and there is no longer any sea, only the holy city, the new Jerusalem. God Himself will be among us and will wipe away every tear and there will no longer be any death or mourning or crying or pain; the fist things have passed away" ~ Rev. 21.

Me ~ Yes, but why is Satan loosed at all and why does this attack on Jerusalem (after the thousand year reign) have to happen? And, why the 'new Jerusalem'? What is the reason for all this?

John ~ Because, those (unbelievers) who went into the Millennium in the flesh and or their children born in the Millennium not saved prior to Christ's second coming (who never took the mark or worshiped the beast and though not knowing Christ) will have to make a decision to come to Christ and to trust in the Lord God Jesus Christ and not their fleshly mind/body. Without Satan to galvanize them to get them to act on their sin in their hearts, there is no action until Satan is loosed (Rev. 20:7) and draw them to him and many millions will follow him to destroy Christ and His Kingdom on earth (though not yet the New Jerusalem) this Millennium 'thousand year reign'.

Me ~ Yes, but if we were ruling with Christ then why wouldn't be able to do just 'save' them, why bother with this loosing of Satan?

John ~ That is a very good question. Christ asked that in the garden when He first entered into this world. "My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me ~ Matthew 26:39. It is not easy to answer. What we can come to understand is that sin 'flesh' must run its full course on earth - the virus in the program must finish and a test to see if it has must be executed.

We know that once Satan is freed after the thousand years, he will come out to deceive the nations again. We have to ask where did all the 'nations' come from since there will be few 'wheat' as in the elect who are caught up in the air and return to earth with Christ to reign with Him in the Spirit. That was explained early on... the nations in the Millennium will be people who came through the tribulation in the flesh. Again, sin as in corruption has to run it full course. This is necessary prior to the New Jerusalem. Hence, a great and final salvation is at hand.

I say a great salvation because this is the last great task of removing 'deleting' sin from the original program. The Bible tells us that in the end it will be like in the days of Noah. In Noah's time, sin had nearly taken over man and the entire earth through fully corrupted flesh whereby the Holy Spirit had no point of entry. Yet, Noah somehow was not so corrupted. However, sin still managed to come through. We know this as we read the story of Ham a son of Noah who finds his father in the tent in a certain way/position/ flesh and upon seeing it becomes corrupted by that sight, that image. We know it is the 'image' of something fleshly as the other brothers walk backwards to cover Noah so that they do not look upon it. From that moment on through Ham, corruption 'sin' works its way again on earth. From that time one, sin grows up until Jesus is born on earth, dies and is resurrected. And yet even that is not enough to conquer sin. Jesus the Son of God had to crucify the flesh so that our original state the spirit could be saved.

Hence, there is a need for a last great salvation, God has to show that sin - flesh was/is not just some kind of genetic corruption but moreover a spiritual corruption - a fallen condition in humanity, not due to a bad environment or lack of resource, or a bad leader/government, or a lack of wealth or opportunity. Christ's second coming has to show sin is endemic to human nature. These people (who will be reigned over) will live in paradise for one thousand years and still rebel, proving that sin is endemic and not the problem of environment or lack of things.

Those in the flesh in the Millennium will have to face the second death, but those who were of the first resurrection will not. "Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years" ~ (Rev. 20:4- 6). Why does the second death have no power over them because they have already been transformed into their original state - the Spirit, God is Spirit and we were created in His image!

Finally, I want to say that this last great salvation with Satan loosed is to finally get rid of sin once and for all 'forever'. The old earth will pass away and there is no longer any sea, only the holy city, the new Jerusalem. God Himself will be among us and will wipe away every tear and there will no longer be any death or mourning or crying or pain; the fist things have passed away ~ Rev. 21. "It is for this reason, I endure all things for the sake of those who are chosen, so that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus and with it eternal glory... If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself" ~ 2 Timothy 2:10-13.

Yes, Christ does remove sin once and for always because He cannot deny Himself His Creation!

Hard Wired for God!

Me ~ Did you hear/read that the human mind is really... as in 'actually' hard wired to believe?

John ~ Yes, I read about that but then no one had to tell me. Once you are born again, there is no turning back, there is no man made trick or equation or technology that could change one's/my mind. Does that mean I was hard wired for God since birth or re-birth? I think that the wiring process is life long but there definitely are the basic threads/wires right from the very beginning, in the seed. In being born again, is that wiring process over or finished? No, but it has moved up to the next level, like a computer chip with layered integrating systems.

Me ~ I agree. But for our readers, what can you say about being hard wired for God?

John ~ Everybody these days is into science; as if 'science' is outside the mind, outside of God and His Social Imagination. Science is a tool given to man (by God) for understanding His (God's) creation which 'we' man lives in. God informs us on a need to know basis. His information is the same today as it was yesterday and will be tomorrow. As far as I know, man's science is always changing depending on which men/women are in charge or making the observation of what he/she thinks.

Me ~ Why is that? Isn't it because science could be evil?

John ~ You are right. That is why we must be as discerning as possible and that is only possible being in relationship with the Holy Spirit God the Father and Son through His Word the Bible. Yet, I can offer in His - God's defense, an interesting 'scientific' discovery that can only be from Him.

According to Pascal Boyer of Washington University in St. Louis, research suggests our cognitive systems evolved in a way that makes believing easy. One can find a 2008 essay for the journal Nature in which Boyer wrote that several features of the human brain predispose us to religious belief. Among the psychological tendencies complemented or satiated by religious beliefs are the abilities to relate to unreal or unseen figures, (note the word 'relate'; yes we can and do relate to figures who are now unseen, such as past presidents, scientists, teachers, and parents/grandparents) a desire to avoid danger and the ability to be a part of and maintain massive social structures. Boyer’s research also suggests “that people best remember stories that include a combination of counterintuitive physical feats and plausibly human psychological features."

Boyer contends that there is not one part of the brain solely responsible for religious belief, but rather that the particular overlap of several cognitive systems renders religious beliefs desirable to, and easily accepted by, the human mind. This also means that if/when we opt for atheism, we are going against the grain so to speak forcing the brain/mind to work hard in fact to battle against what our minds are generally inclined and well-equipped to do ~ believe!

*Stand up for God the Creator of all things seen and unseen. FYI- Einstein wasn't an atheist.

Conflict in the Human Mind ~ Consciousness in Opposition to Unconsciousness

Me ~ Human consciousness appears to be in opposition to the unconscious aspect of nature and the universe. How is that problematic for the Christian and the problem of evil?

John ~ Immanuel Kant said that the mind does not conform to things, rather things conform to the mind. Why or How? It is through our conscious state of being.  There is no other way that we know the world in which we exist. In our consciousness we observe and experience what is called sentient existence. That means that human conscious beings recognize that there are other things in the world which are not sentient. This causes a conflict in the mind as those things which are not sentient appear to posses immortality while sentient beings are mortal. This is the conflict in the human mind and yet it should not be so in the Christian mind.

Me ~ What do you mean?

John ~  The universe seems absurd until we understand that the absurdity was brought about because of our corruption by disobeying our Creator right from the start. Mortality seems absurd due to the fact that the universe seems pointless as a non-conscious entity and that is absurd. So, the absurdity of life is a struggle to us as to why we are aware of this. Why are we even able to think about the absurdity of the universe which itself seems like an absurd discussion or contemplation.

As convoluted as that answer is or appears to be, our consciousness appears to be outside of a greater whole 'reality' of what a full conscious being should be. Yes, that is what we are aware of and have been since the fall. That is why I say that such conflict should not exist in the Christian mind as having embraced Jesus Christ we have acknowledged that our consciousness here and now is a lie and that our real conscious being is yet to come and that is only possible through death to this world.

The problem of evil is also the problem of sin. Essentially, the problem of evil is the outcome of original sin. That being a thorn in our flesh as Paul saw it. It reminds us that the consciousness we have of/in this world is a lie. That lie being a non 'fully' consciousness. The lie is a veil, it is a pair of eyeglasses through which we try to understand our true being which is with our Creator in Paradise, a true reality as it is without sin, without evil.

Me ~ What is consciousness?

John ~ It is not that we are conscious of this world and our person as in by ourselves... We are conscious because He lives. Consciousness is God streaming information into us and through us.  It is our choice to use that information for His glory! By doing so, our choice is for not only ourselves but our fellow man whose consciousness is also of Christ.

Becoming like Christ and Ruling Over God's Creation!

Me ~ What is the destiny of the Christian?

John ~ Our destiny is before us. Reading the Bible, God's Word is where we learn what we must do. Jesus Christ was quite clear about our destiny when he said that we must follow Him giving up things of this world and even family as in putting God first~ Matthew 19:28. We must put God first (have no other God (s) before Me) and He must be first in our heart and our trust in God must be complete; and not worry about things or family as they are in His care. In this way, we can follow Him by trusting in God.

Me ~ But, how is that possible?

John ~ All things are possible in God. Paul reminded us that we must be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms” ~ Ephesians 6: 10-12.

Me ~ Is that how we become like Christ?

John ~ Yes, and remember that becoming we must take on that Armour and begin to lead a Christ filled life. Paul admonished the early church for suing each other in court ~1 COR 6. He did so by reminding them that they would one day rule over angels and God’s universe ~ 1 COR 6. Paul understood the Elohim were the divine council (Psalm 82) made up of god-like created beings that were given authority to administer and rule over Yaweh’s creation. However, at the end of the Flood they were given authority to spread humankind across the planet. They failed to do this and instead got mankind to worship them and keep them in one place and make a religion and temple to them. God ended this crime by creating many languages (Fall of the tower of Babel=Babylon) and then assigning each human language group to be under the authority and to worship these Elohim.  God then created a new human group that would worship Him and to whom he would reveal himself. These became the Hebrews.  The Elohim also considered angels as well as demons and including foreign nations (1 Kgs 11:33, Deut 32:17, Sam 28:13, Gen 35:7) who disobeyed God were judged by him to one day die as men. So, the end-game in all this is that Saved humanity  =  those redeemed and brought back to God through the Son (including those once under the Elohim known as ‘Gentiles’ and or all in Christ, would one day replace these Elohim (Greek -kosmokrators * devils and his demons, Lord of this world) and rule over the angels (as Paul told us [God speaking through Paul]); including all Elohim ‘kosmokrators, and all God’s creation. So, our destiny is to return to Paradise becoming like Christ to rule and administer God’s creation.
